Starting a new year, I am going to set short term weight loss, I am going for at least 4 lbs a month. But if I don't make the 4 lbs every month but have a weight loss, I will be happy with that.

Will my short goal now is to get back on track and start losing what I put on, it is almost like I was on a vacation, now that I am back to not having someone in my life, I can start back with what I need to do.
