I am beginning the Sparks Boot Camp Challenge today. I have been up and down in the same 4 pound range for about 2 weeks now. I know the challenge will get me kick started again. The challenge lasts the month of January and my goal is to be 190 pounds by the end. That's 10 pounds for me. I also would like to fit into the next size down jeans (yes, I own jeans in just about every size!) I know it will be difficult to keep with it because my job exhausts me and when I come home, I have a family to tend to and dinner to make. But just for January, I come first! We'll see what comes of February-lol.
