Setting Goals for the New Year

It's January 3rd and I am a little behind with my new goal setting. Mind you, I am not making any resolutions as those never work. So here are my goals for 2009:
1) To continue to eat healthy and mindfully. This includes at least 8 glasses of water a day and 3 or more fruits a day.
2). To walk at least 10,000 steps a day.
3). To spend time on the elliptical at least 3 days a week.
4). To weigh 150 by August 22, 2009
5). To read at least one book a month (Can be more!).
