Walking 4 miles a day, instead of 2. Makes a big difference!

My sister and I took a 4 week break, but this week started walking 4 miles per day again. It takes us 50 minutes, and I'm losing, but worry about losing potassium.

    I normally walked 3 miles a day through the summer and fall outside - I love the outside. You have a very fast pace to do 4 miles in 50 minutes, it normally takes me 50 minutes to do 3 miles. We would get bananas and I would take one just as I would start on my walk. - Great to have company on your walk - good luck to both you and your sister.

    Great. Much success. Maybe ask a Doctor about the Potassium.
