Eatting Our Emotions

I know that everyone seems to have problems eatting when they are sad. I seem to do it more so than others. I have found several solutions that I want to share.
1. Go for a long walk either outside or even on a treadmill.
2. Read an inspiriing story
3. Write in a journal
