M: Make a short term goal here, reach it, add another
O: Out with negative thoughts.
T: Think of why I WANT IT every time I log in
I: Imagine how I will feel when I reach goals.
V: Visualize the future me !
A: Acknowledge my successes not by failures.
T: Treat myself with respect. I deserve that.
I: Investigate new foods/ideas/ activities
O: Obey my weight loss plans/goals
N: NEVER GIVE UP OR GIVE IN.
