Well I have done really well today. I have stayed within my calorie range today and still have 400 calories to spare. I did Wii boxing for 30 minutes. I have thought about resolutions and have come up with the following:

I am going to establish goals for each month and must reassess my status at the end of each month.

For January:
I must check my fasting blood glucose each morning and test my blood sugar at least one more time during the day.

I must exercise at least 30 minutes for 6 days each week and 20 minutes on Saturday when I am at school.

I am going to pack my lunch everyday. I will allow one meal out every two weeks.

I am going to drink at least 2 glasses of water each day.

I am going to make coffee from home instead of buying coffee each day.

I am going to weigh myself and take my measurements every Monday.
