My TOP goal this year is that it is THE LAST YEAR I will ever have to set a goal to "loose weight!"
The rest are as follows:
Goal #1 (in progress from last year) COMPLETE the PF CHANGS half marathon on Jan 18th in under 160 minutes!
REWARD: Chipotle Burrito w/lime chips!!!! (right after I finish the race!)
Goal #2 Feb 1 start the Jillian Michael's "Making the Cut" program!
(my reward will be when I hit my goal weight)
Goal #3 April 1 - BE AT GOAL WEIGHT! -
REWARD: Spend my gift card to Nordstroms from XMAS on new clothes!!!!!
Goal #4 Add in yoga and pilates to my workout routine. I need more stretching and core strength to really tap into my bodies strength and get leaner and stronger. These two will help that!
Goal #5 To use Jillian Michaels Shred program to get my body fat % under 18%!
REWARD: 1 hour massage!
Goal #6 Find a "new challenge" either train and complete a triathlon OR train for a FULL marathon!
Goal #7 Feb 14th - SkirtChaser 5K - My 5k time UNDER 30 minutes!!! I want to be under a 10 min mile!
Goal #8 Clean out all my "fat" clothes - by FEB 28th! I am NEVER going backwards I don't need to hang onto the past!
Goal #9 Savings/Financial Status. Set budget, eliminate unnecessary spending, identify needs vs wants, STICK to it! Set and in place by March 30th!
REWARD: Trip to Purdue for homecoming!
Goal #10 Clean out the "extra" in my life...too much clutter in the house. Thin out the "junk" and get rid of things I don't use by June 1.
REWARD: 2 piece bathing suit!!! (and not a tankini!!!)
I put on 5lbs through the holidays so I'm doing damage control now and will post my current weight on sunday morning. This is the only time I've really gone backwards and it will be the last!
