A New Year

As we are about to bring in a new year I am reflecting back on 2008. I made many new gains by reaching the half way point to my weight loss goal and I could have done better. In 2009 I will keep what I have learned so far and use them as building blocks towards my self improvement. I know that at the end of 2009 I will have reached goal. I will also learn more to be healthier, happier and be a better person.
