Time to make a change and stick to it!!!

Tuesday, December 30, 2008

Tomorrow will begin another journey for me with the same goal of trying to lose this weight that I want to get off of me so badly. It is truly time that I start it and stick with it. I have been through a couple of emotional roller coasters the past couple of months and I must admit that it has gotten me off track and away from goal. But I am ready to leave all of that behind and get on with me...I am leaving all that negative energy in 2008 and movig forward full steam ahead in 2009.

I have too mucht to live for and it starts with me and my family. So tomorrow I am getting out of bed and getting my butt in gear to exercise. I am not making any resoultions for the new year. I am just going to set goals for myself and make all efforts to reach them!!!

Wish me luck with this journey that I am starting yet again...

Go so far as to pick out a motivational statement, your mantra, for the day or week that will help you get to the next level...I post mine on the Huddle Wall everyday so I see it everywhere...I've listed a few, feel free to use them if it'll help because you can do this!
