Weigh in day 1 -5

I'm so excited. I started SparkPeople on Christmas Eve to do something positive for myself since we weren't going to be celebrating. I've just been eating smaller portions and skipping the bedtime snacks. I wanted weigh in day to be on Monday so I would be careful during the weekends. I weighed in today and I'd lost 5 pounds in 5 days. I know this isn't how it will continue but it was sure a boost on a Monday morning! I'm feeling pumped up...I hope it lasts until I get off work so I can get myself to Curves.
