Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
I did it... did what? BROKE 200 lbs!
I haven't been under 200 lbs. in 20 years...
I feel great, but there's no time to rest on my laurels (even though there's a lot less of "my laurels" these days) -- time to hit the treadmill and weights so I don't get flabby (with the hanging fat under my arms, on my thighs, and around my belly -- oops, too late it's already there)
My long-term goal is to look good in a bathing suit, and I've got some work to do before Memorial Day. So, my new short-term goal is to make sure I exercise 3x a week, and stay on my food plan (no sugar, flour, wheat).
I'm definitely celebrating the New Year -- with 6 months of abstinence (12/30/08), and 10 years of sobriety (1/17/09) -- both God-willing, and One-Day-At-A-Time.
