1st blogger, long-time listener...

Never blogged before... SO here goes.

I have always enjoyed SparkPeople, but all in all I don't have solid health-related goals (you know the run in a race, lose 100 pounds, ride a bicycle without chafing). I wonder if I should change that and add a health goal?

    I hear ya, MoDaddy! Everytime I try to set a "goal", I may as well run into a wall of C4. So I try to just think of my "plans", outlined only in my head, and do my best to execute.

    Move your behind by doing that walking (felt like I needed to clarify) and your "roughly outlined plans".... will work out in your favor.

    Here's to prolonging the gravesite! CHEERS!!
