Starting my New Years resolution a little early.

Well, I have gained 25.8 pounds in the last couple months. It's amazing how slow they come off but how fast they go back on. I'm now back up to 204 as of this morning. That's up from a low of 178.2 a couple months ago. So, today is day 1 for the 100th time. Hubby has also gained about 30 pounds so we are going to do this together. I also couldn't fit into my size 10 jeans that I just wore last month and that's depressing.

So, today is day 1 on my goal to being 160. My 20th class reunion is in 2009 and I want to be at my goal weight by then. I think I can do it - a little over 40 pounds. No problem!

    I agree that you can do it. Just set your mind on doing the things that you know are needed most and strive for one small goal at first and then work your way up to the main goal. Good luck and reach out for support from the team.
