Need to Get Back on Track

This last week has been full of eating sweets and not being honest with myself. The scale is showing a gain of 2 lbs. I thought I could maybe not journal my food, but that is definitely not true. I have to be journaling everything. Yesterday is done and it's time to get back on track today.

    I hear ya Shelley! I'm right there with you ~ although I'm guessing my scale will show a much greater gain! It's been no holds barred for me for the past 2 weeks. Ugh. 2 pounds for you isn't bad...get a grip and move sounds like you're determined to get back to reality. Go for it!! I'll follow your lead!
