Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Well people, I am finished with undergraduate! Nevertheless, I am back on my grind. I have about twenty pounds to lose before the wedding(06/14). I have some work to do because not only do I need to lose weight, I need to tone up!Got to look GOOD in my gown! I am easing myself back on track. I have gained about 2-5pounds. I refuse to change my ticker!!! =) I am just going to try my very best to lose it.. People I am back! I am going workout today. Yesterday was my official I'm back on track day! I worked out and I ate pretty good...... We shal see what happens. Also, I realize it DOES NOT GET EASIER IT ACTUALLY GETS HARDER!!! It's hard now to lose weight than it was when I was over200lbs, but that is NOT going to STOP me!

It IS harder to lose weight as you become lighter, but at least the exercising gets easier (less weight for the muscles to chuck around).

You sound motivated. I know you can do it!
