Well, the end of November rolled around and I saw the effects of 'over' indulging ... or not properly tracking my foods. It brought me back to where I began the month of November. Very disheartening, but not surprising.

TODAY is 11/23/08 ~ the end of the month is close at hand and so is my goal!! Here at the remaining 8 days of November I am strongly determined to meet my monthly goal! So here's to meeting our CHALLENGES Head-On ... and ... spreading the SPARK!

11/09/08 ... a new week at hand, and NEW HABITS in the making!!! Yay! SP has meant so much to me in establishing these new habits and learning to CARE more about what I am doing with my NUTRITION & FITNESS and KNOWing that the commoradorie of others can be KEY to making these changes STICK... no more yo-yo'ing.
...maybe the Yo-Yo Coaster term ...can be a term for moving past that BAD habit of YoYo-ing and onto a BETTER, MORE CONSISTENT healthier way of life!

I know keeping steady with my exercise and tracking carefully ALL of my foods & water ~ there is nowhere to go but 'down' on the scale!
I truly believe there is a NewMe4Good just waiting to happen!
Goal for December ... BUST the 200 barrier & look to hold ... 198... I know what it takes to get there, with the Yo-Yo Coasters, SP and me... we'll make it happen!
