I have just gotten rid of a computer virus. Every time I tried to get on line I would get pop up adds for al sorts of things but most of all for computer anti virus programs.
So during this time I was not able to log my fitness & food for a few days I still tried to stick to my plan but it is a lot tougher when you are not tracking it.
I have decided to change my plan for the remainder of the year. I figure as long as I don't go crazy I can I should be able to just maintain my weight for the holidays. and make plans to get back on track in the new year.
I think one of the things I need to do is track what I am doing better. Back when I was loosing weight really good I was weighing myself every day. I know they don't recommended this but for me it works. For one thing only weighing myself once a week doesn't give me the feed back I need. During the next few weeks (till the end of the year) I will review the things I did when I first started the program and look for ways to motive myself and then a couple days after the new year (when I will be back on a regular schedule) I will loose the rest of the this weight.
