On Sundays, I like to precook some of my meats for the week and then freeze them, removing when needed. I also chop a head of broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, and celery for the week, and make a salad, soup or casserole for my lunches for the week. Sometimes I will make some snacks from scratch lowering my sodium count. Every weekend, I buy all the groceries I will need for the upcoming week including low calorie snacks which are very important to have on hand.
