***ROAD BLOCK*** One of the things I am finding difficult to do, is drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day ~ I would rather it be anything else. To give it some flavor, I have started adding the Special K Protien Mix to it, but I know that I need to start adding less mix and more plain water ~ yuck!
I just wish water had something to it, I just seem to gag when I start to drink it. I got a real good suggestion though from one of the members on my spark team: I am going to start introducing water slowly during the day, starting with in the morning. I am going to set a water bottle next to my bed, and when I get up I am going to make myself drink some. Eventually, I will gain up to drinking 8 glasses a day. If any of you have any suggestions, or personal experiences, I would love to hear them.
