Yucky Water!

***ROAD BLOCK*** One of the things I am finding difficult to do, is drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day ~ I would rather it be anything else. To give it some flavor, I have started adding the Special K Protien Mix to it, but I know that I need to start adding less mix and more plain water ~ yuck! emoticon I just wish water had something to it, I just seem to gag when I start to drink it. I got a real good suggestion though from one of the members on my spark team: I am going to start introducing water slowly during the day, starting with in the morning. I am going to set a water bottle next to my bed, and when I get up I am going to make myself drink some. Eventually, I will gain up to drinking 8 glasses a day. If any of you have any suggestions, or personal experiences, I would love to hear them.

    I wish I had some suggestions for you. Maybe a little bit of lemon juice or lime juice? I love my water. It's just about the only thing I drink other than the occasional iced tea. I feel bad for the gals out there who don't like it, because I'd hate if I had to drink a lot of something that I can't stand! I hope it gets easier for you!!

    I usedto feel the same way! What I did was put a small 3 oz. bathroom papercups in the kitchen, everytime I would go in the kitchen I would drink at least one 3 oz. glass of water, You know if you drink three of those down it starts to add up.

    Do you like tea? That might help. emoticon
