Hi everyone.... well I had my baby girl on October 14, 2008. We are both doing great. I am trying to get back on track with my weight lose.... I am down to 215 since a 239 - 38 week pregnant weight. so i am happy that i could get into my clothes. my first goal is to get back to where i was before becoming pregnant...205. It has been hard to get active and exersise. I have started work but i sit at a desk and i am there only 2 days out of the week.... I have no excuse not to exercise. I find myself just in front of the t.v watching biggest loser when i should join them.... I just need to start and stay in a routine...getting the routine started is my problem.
