So I ended up losing 4 lbs this past week just by sticking closely within my nutrition goals and increasing my exercise. I have not killed myself, but I am trying to do something each day. Walking, hiking, an exercise DVD. I skipped the weekend even.
I know this is the early initial weight loss, and a lot of it has to do with increasing my water intake as well. But I am encouraged and doing my best to keep up with tracking my food and exercise.
65 more pounds to go. But, if I stay the course I should be at goal weight by July. July seems manageable. I do know I don't want July to roll around and have me be right where I am now.
