I was doing really well with my exercise and diet, but with the arrival of the snow and cold I've hit a slump. I'm noticing that the fast food is creeping back into my diet and I haven't had the motivation to exercise since just before Thanksgiving. Well, I've got to get back on the wagon!! I went to the grocery store today and stocked up on healthy meals for the week. I also rented a couple of exercise videos. So, if I can't motivate my self to go to the fitness center after work, I can at least do one of the videos. I've lost almost 20 pounds so far and I am NOT going to put that weight back on!!
