Winter Slump

I was doing really well with my exercise and diet, but with the arrival of the snow and cold I've hit a slump. I'm noticing that the fast food is creeping back into my diet and I haven't had the motivation to exercise since just before Thanksgiving. Well, I've got to get back on the wagon!! I went to the grocery store today and stocked up on healthy meals for the week. I also rented a couple of exercise videos. So, if I can't motivate my self to go to the fitness center after work, I can at least do one of the videos. I've lost almost 20 pounds so far and I am NOT going to put that weight back on!!

    I know it's been awhile since you've posted this, but I wanted to respond anyway.
    We all hit slumps, but the important part is that you recover and hit back harder! Every pound you lose is like more strength. So when the fries sneak up on you, you can slug them in the face with all the pounds you lost! :)
