I get my exercise by scheduling the days of the week and the types of exercises I will do. I exercise for 2 days, take off a day and then exercise for 3 days. I like the break in the middle. I came up with this plan by looking at myself and asking what could I live with. Exercising 5 days in a row didn't sit well with me. So I devised this plan. I don't do it perfectly, but I do it regularly. Some weeks I do more than my plan. And on occasion I do less. The good thing is I continue to exercise.
