I get my exercise by scheduling the days of the week and the types of exercises I will do. I exercise for 2 days, take off a day and then exercise for 3 days. I like the break in the middle. I came up with this plan by looking at myself and asking what could I live with. Exercising 5 days in a row didn't sit well with me. So I devised this plan. I don't do it perfectly, but I do it regularly. Some weeks I do more than my plan. And on occasion I do less. The good thing is I continue to exercise.

    You have to figure out what works for you. I was exercising 6 days a week for about 1 1/2 hours. Got burned out. Then I tried every other day, 1 1/2 hours - again too much. I mean I didn't want to work out at all and this was after I had been doing so well. Now I do 1/2 hour 6 days a week and that works for me. Everyone has to find their own formula that works for them. Keep up the good work.
