I adjusted my Cardio this week, down to about 60 minutes, and my weight is moving again! I must have been under-eating for my over-achieving cardio!
I have lost 64 lbs! I am not going to find them ever again - they can just stay lost!
My advice today would be, "Surround yourself with people who have found the path to healthier bodies and go forward and do likewise."
Today I am 146.7! On to 145 and beyond! I am only 11 lbs away from my goal!
Life is sweet!
P.S. I like having my picture taken now! And DH loves taking it!
