weighing in

I'd always heard that you should weigh in once a week. but I've decided to do it everyday because it will keep me accountable everyday. So far I'm sure I've lost a bunch of water weight, I managed to drink 8 glasses of water two days in a row and stay within my 1550 max calorie limit.
i think eating the cream of wheat helps. It has kept me from being too hungry until lunch time.
I may get another turkey sandwich at subway, not sure yet. we'll see. emoticon
