Body Bugg Trial

Thursday, December 04, 2008

My friend Katherine gave me her body bugg to try for a month. Well it was fun for awhile then....I started forgetting to put it on. Then I noticed that the food that I entered on the web site had huge calorie differences than spark people food site. Sometimes more sometimes less. On their website you can't go back to a meal that has passed and make changes if you added something wrong or forgot to put something in. Also they don't give you your total protein, carbs etc...a day. For the cost of the body bugg (100.00?) then 14.99 per month service, I would say spark still wins hands down. Oh yea...did I mention that they don't have a community to be a part of either?

That's a good thing to know. I saw those on the Biggest Loser contestants and thought "How Cool!!".. I'm guessing my logging in my food intake and using my Polar Heart Rate Monitor is as good, or even better. Thanks for the info!

    Good to know! Thank you.
Just curious: How do you think it did as far as calculating your caloric expenditure throughout the day?
