I feel back on track! I've learned that if I keep some type of daily workout...even 20 minutes..that I do so much better. My Holiday challenge is to maintain my weight but it would be unheard of to lose a few pounds!

Sunday - HIIT 20 minutes on eliptical
Monday - Weights upper body - PULL & HIIT cardio
Tuesday - 60 minutes Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Wednesday - Lower body weights & HIIT cardio
Thursday - 90 minutes Power Yoga
Friday - Upper body weights
Saturday - Yoga or rest
