Happy Thanksgiving

I hope all of my American friends had a Happy Thanksgiving. I visited family and took two days off of working out. But, as a result, I gained 5 pounds. Yuck. I worked out really hard today at the gym and will continue through the week in the hopes thatI can get it back off.

Workout:
I worked out from 1pm to 2:30pm
-65 minutes on the elliptical
-mix upper and lower body strength training
-ab workout
-extra long dog walk

    I actually haven't weighed yet, too scared LOL. Actually I am not worried, I am on track and still feel great.

I did eat a little more pumpkin pie than I meant too, oh well. It is not like I do that every day. I will make it this month :)

    hope your school does what schools do best help to teach. if your sister is not working could she not come in and spend some time with your mother and free you up to do what you need to do. i hope so shes her mother to or does she live to far away if not she may need to rember its her mother too. it should not be on your shoulders alone to take 24/7 care of your mother. even if she came and stayed overnight it would be a help. the way you are going darling you wouln't last long you do need a break now and than. correct me if i am wrong and tell me to shut up but you can't carry the world on your shoulders .
