getting ready for December

okay yesterday was a pretty busy day. my feet are killing me. prepared ceaser salad for well only 150. but it was a lot of romaine lettuce to clean. dinner went well but more than 4 volunteers would have been nice.

now today i still got up with my aching feet and went on my treadmill-sunday is my day to be lax.

now getting ready for december. i want to take a vitamin everyday--that will be an accomplishment if i am successful.
work out on treadmill 6 days a week. wear a pedometor and track steps everyday. and for my y & r fans as long as i don't go to cottage i will watch everyday that is my favorite chore or workout. gets the smiles going. so okay december i am ready. 2.5 pounds would be nice for december. but more would be good too.

    Set taking your vitamin daily as a Spark Streak, maybe that will help you remember to do it. It has helped me.
