I did good yesterday but the weight went up. It happens.
I did stay within my range and I did manage to do all my exercising and walking. So why did it go up?
Who knows. Who cares. Today is a new day and today I will eat all my fruits and vegetables. Today I will drink all my water. Today I will measure and weigh my foods.
Yesterday I wasn't able to measure and weigh but I chose smart choices. I did have dressing with gravy (1/4 cup) and I did have ice cream (1.25 cup) and counted them in. I didn't eat the turkey wing (I love the turkey wing!) but instead chose a small amount of white meat. No cranberry sauce. Corn from my garden and Calif. Mix frozen veggies with sweet potato - yes, I had a few of the marshmallows but they weren't candied yams, no sugar in them.
But this is the lowest I have been in 45 years and I guess that would be what could be called a major plateau. But I am going to go lower! I know it, I can feel it.
Onward I march in my journey to a healthier me!
