My local grocer only had high fat ricotta last night when I needed it for a dinner recipe. It was fine in yesterday's recipe - not too disastrous, fat-wise - but now I have 1.5 cups of full fat ricotta and I want to use it up in a healthful way. Any recommendations from you fine folks of recipes that call for ricotta in which my full fat cheese wouldn't break the bank? I'm generally into more savoury than sweet dishes, so desserts need not apply.
