I know it has been a while since I posted. I guess I felt I had nothing positive to say. On the other hand, the only one who could change that was me.
I have finally activated my fitness and calorie tracker in Sparkpeople. It is tough, as I have to research most of the things I eat (these Americans are pretty limited *chuckles*). Why can't they list the things I eat? Am I that odd?
Anyhow... I noted down all I consumed, a total of around 1200 calories (bearing in mind, it isn't accurate because they don't have the same foods, so I overestimated here just in case) and worked off around 300 calories. I did a half hour of interval power walking, followed by 15 minutes of strength with the resistance bands. Overall, not bad, I think.
I have one problem with crunches. I can't seem to do the dang things without putting stress on my neck muscles, which leaves me headachy the next morning. Does anyone have a trick on how to do crunches? How the heck do I keep my head in line with my body without straining neck muscles??
