Today is day one........I logged on.........I took the first step to get back on track.
Tomorrow is a new day. I plan to go to the gym or the track (if it is warm enough). Either way, I will get some exercise in.......That will be day two.
When I fell off the wagon, I fell hard and haven't been able to get back up, but this is about to change. I always tell my son, sometimes you just have to MAKE yourself do what you want to do, EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE IT. Now it is time to practice what I preach. LOL! :)
My goals from now to the Sunday after Turkey Day:
1. Log on every day
2. Exercise (any kind) 4 times (every other day).
That will be enough for now. Each week, or two, I will add another goal, until I am back on track and running full force to my health and weight loss goals again.
