Today is day one........I logged on.........I took the first step to get back on track.
Tomorrow is a new day. I plan to go to the gym or the track (if it is warm enough). Either way, I will get some exercise in.......That will be day two.

When I fell off the wagon, I fell hard and haven't been able to get back up, but this is about to change. I always tell my son, sometimes you just have to MAKE yourself do what you want to do, EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE IT. Now it is time to practice what I preach. LOL! :)

My goals from now to the Sunday after Turkey Day:

1. Log on every day
2. Exercise (any kind) 4 times (every other day).

That will be enough for now. Each week, or two, I will add another goal, until I am back on track and running full force to my health and weight loss goals again.

    Hey, TJB, I am missing you. Log in and say hey once in a while. If you are off the wagon just give me a holler and I will reach out and pull you back on. I have a new hobby of altering my clothes to fit. Check out my blog to see the jacket I altered the shoulders on. I have subscribed to your blogs so I can keep up with what is happening so hope you will post another one soon.

    Congrats on making the decision to get back on track!
I too am doing the same thing...all though this week will probably be a deal breaker! Just keep it up and you will succeed!
