Today I found this site. I have been on Babyfit.com for a month now, but heard about this one. We are trying to get pregnant, but I figure I can keep working on the weight issue until that point, because who knows how long it could take.

I started trying to lose weight this time around in Jan. 2006. I started at 222.2. I am now at 196.2. Yippee!!! But I am a little frustrated right now because I have hit a slump. I haven't really changed much but my weight has been staying strong here at 196 for the last month. So this site was just at the right time for me.

I was about 196 when I got married in april 2003. But the Birth Control Pills that they switched me to caused me to gain about 30 lbs in 6 weeks. So I stopped those and worked hard to get back down on Weight Watchers. I got down to 210 before getting pregnant with my daughter. I gained a lot of weight while pregnant, mostly water, I was on bedrest because of it, but I did not lose that last 12 lbs until the last few months. The last little bit took almost a year to get off.

But now I am back down to my pre marriage weight, which is where I have been most of my life. I gained a lot of weight in High School, but stayed at just about the same weight all through college. With the exception of the Jenny Craig boat I did. I did get down to 180... but gained it all back. Right back to where I am now. It was the new Birth Control Pill that put me over the edge. But I am getting abck there. I figure the more I lose now the better my next pregnancy will be, and the healthier I am the healthier my baby's chances will be.

I am doing LA Weight Loss now. It seems to be working for me. Except for this point where I am stuck. I always seem to get stuck here... Like my body thinks this is the weight I should be or something. I am trying to rev up my exercise, and really watch portion size.
