It's hard!! It seemed like all my weight fell off and now, it's like, the fat is screaming noooooooo, it's the last of us, we aren't going down without a fight lady!! One thing I need to do is start logging my calories in again. I am going to do that. I stopped doing it while still eating well, while I was in transition, but I have to now if I am going to drop these last five pounds and tone up the way I want to. This is something I really, really want, and I'm going to get it, because it's well with in my means. Not to mention I have already come this far. Time to buckle down. I want to be at my goal by Christmas, so I can start the new year fit and smoking hot haha!! I want to go into the summer with confidence and wear the tank tops I love. Anyway, this site has been a huge help. Thanks Kathy for reintroducing it to me. And all of you have been a huge help also. Thanks for that and we are all going to get there. I wanted to share something I read with all of you; I read that interval training burns fat faster. I have been doing it myself and it really does work. It's where you get your heart rate up real high and take a break, (lets say your break is crunches) until your heart rate goes back down and then you get it back up again for thirty minutes to an hour. If you guys haven't tried it, you should! It's great!
