What the Heck!

Well, things have been up and down lately. I just can not seem to stay on track.
One week I will gain, then the next week I will lose it, and so on and so forth!

Then I got sick, and had that mean old TOM. Oh and did I mention Halloween Candy? Well, I ate it, a LOT of it.

So now I am trying really hard to get back on the wagon. It is so hard too. I pretty much had completely stopped working out. So now I am back at square one on the treadmill. After only 15 minutes I want to die!

But I am not going back to over 200lbs! NEVER! So after a month of up and down, I HAVE GOT TO DO SOMETHING while I still have the knowledge that it can be done!

    Stay positive!!! You have come a long way in your weight loss to give up now!!! You can do it!!! Just stay positive and keep up the good work!!!!
