Working my tail off and gained 3 lbs :(

I'm trying not to let this bother me, but it really really is bothering me. I know my eating isn't perfect but I've been working out a lot for the last few weeks and I've gained 3 lbs. I'm trying not to be too upset about it and am going to try harder on staying within my calorie range but I am beginning to wonder if I'm every going to make any progress. It's very discouraging.

Look at how your clothes fit.

Muscle weighs MORE than fat!!!
