First 3 months...

283 on Sept 29th
274 on Oct 13th & starting to really work out...feeling better & on the last notch for this belt (size 44)...yea!!!

OK...I've gotten down to about 268 - 270. I hit it about 11/21 but was still here on11/28...I'm bummin -- & workin HARD at this!

Now I'm getting depressed -- it's 11/4 & I'm STILL at 268.
I'm feeling better & better each day, though, & I don't think I LOOK 268...I've been doing a lot of core & stregnth training; daily, different exercises targeting different areas and changing it up so muscle groups also get a day off to rest in between. They say muscle weighs more than fat; so maybe I AM making progress. Haven't been cheating on my carb & food intake (except for 3 or 4 carb-free Michelobs on Saturday...I'm SURE I've cardioed them away by now!!

Ok; I don't know how I missed a week on here, but the good news is that I'm coming down again. Today's 11/18/08 & I just weighed in at 263!

    If you kept it up, I know you're feeling even better now! Kee;in on keepin on with this weightloss thang is tough...that's why we're all here to cheer each other on! It doesn't happen overnite, and it happens different for everyone...just keep it happenin in your little corner of the world, that's all you're responsible for! Keep the faith, brothah!

    You're doing great. You will have ups and downs but as long as your lowest weight each week is lower than your lowest weight from the prior week you know you're moving closer to your goals, even if you don't see a new low weight each time you step on the scale.

    Hang in there, your doing great. My husband has been struggling right a long with me and it was a real slow go for him. After about 7 months and him dropping only a few pounds he was rather discouraged and then all of a sudden the weight just fell off him! Then I was jealous. After a 10 months we had both lost the same amount, but mine was just more consistent. Be patient and be healthy, your body will figure it out! Good Luck!
