283 on Sept 29th
274 on Oct 13th & starting to really work out...feeling better & on the last notch for this belt (size 44)...yea!!!
OK...I've gotten down to about 268 - 270. I hit it about 11/21 but was still here on11/28...I'm bummin -- & workin HARD at this!
Now I'm getting depressed -- it's 11/4 & I'm STILL at 268.
I'm feeling better & better each day, though, & I don't think I LOOK 268...I've been doing a lot of core & stregnth training; daily, different exercises targeting different areas and changing it up so muscle groups also get a day off to rest in between. They say muscle weighs more than fat; so maybe I AM making progress. Haven't been cheating on my carb & food intake (except for 3 or 4 carb-free Michelobs on Saturday...I'm SURE I've cardioed them away by now!!
Ok; I don't know how I missed a week on here, but the good news is that I'm coming down again. Today's 11/18/08 & I just weighed in at 263!
