Day 1 Again

Monday, November 17, 2008

I know I have said this numerous time lately but today is day 1 to losing my final 30 pounds. I know starting again during the holidays is a bad time but if I don't start now I won't start. I have been binging on anything and everything not tied down. I don't know what has been my problem.

I got a 7 day free trial at the new gym that opened up in town and have been twice. I plan on going this evening.

Yes, you can do this! Anytime is a good time to start. Plus, you already know that a setback is not the end, but another opportunity to renew your commitment to yourself.

You will surprise yourself in the end. emoticon

At least you're saying it's Day 1 and not giving up when the previous "Day 1" didn't go as planned. Keep up the good work!

what's the new gym that opened up? I don't have much money and let my long lasting GHFC memebership lapse years ago. To my horror, they don't charge 110 dollars a year anymore, should have stayed grandfathered in. LOL. Anyway, would like to try another one sometime

I'm with you. If we don't start now, we never will. Some of my most successful times have been over the holidays. . .
