So... the end of my second consistant week.
I have exercised each day (I will later today..), I made good food choises all week (except today..... darn kids' birthdays), drank all my water, taken my vitamins and did not deprive myself of sleep. Did well.
I also saved a life (at work) of a very sick old dog with a uterine infection through an emergency surgery.
I had couple-bonding time with my husband this weekend (since I've been working out late at night....I've been coming to bed after he is asleep).
I made my son very happy by planning a great birthday party for him and his friends.
There is now only 1 thing left for me to work on in the near future.... that is stressful too.
Weight loss has been going well (until todays junk food binge!) I'm down 3 lbs this week.
I'll have to keep up the good work.
