Well, it's been another week and another pound lost. Yeah! Not as much as I was hoping, but sometimes you can't beat Mother Nature (if you know what I mean). You may have noticed, I also changed my program. I remember now why I never actually stuck with Weight Watchers, I become obsessed with staying in those Points, But I don't actually eat what I should be eating. No milk on some days, it's too many Points. Man, I'm about to starve because I ate a really Point heavy breakfast, but now it's supper time and I only have 3 left, so I can only eat some carrots. This is not living people, this is imprisonment to Points! Of course, some people have had great success with Weight Watchers, The Duchess of York is still looking very thin, and a little closer to home, my Mother in Law has lost 50 pounds with it. But it's just not for me.
So anyway, about half way through this week, I decided that I was never going to make it to April like this, so I made a tactical decision. I know how I'm suppose to eat and exercise, my body tells me when it's hungry, when it's full, I feel like moving when I need to move. It's time to actually start listening. And I did lose a pound. So, I am going to start doing this. I'll let you know how it works. emoticon

    One "point" is 50 calories. If you are on 22 Points, that is 1100 calories for the day.

    I'm happy she lost fifty pounds. BUT, do what works for YOU. emoticon
