Hi everyone! Can you believe it's almost Thanksgiving already? Before you panic, remember that SparkPeople is here for you! We know that holidays are challenging times for our members. With all the parties, food, shopping, decorating, and volunteering associated with them, it becomes even harder to exercise, eat right (without going overboard), and stay healthy.
