Proof of Life and Success!

As with the mighty Oak above which started from a small seed; your journey started with the seed of belief in the power YOU have to change YOUR lives and enable YOU to “reach for the stars" through hard work and dedication . One man realized the need for information in one organized lifestyle forum to enable others to make informed decisions for themselves regarding their health and lifestyle. The forum that he created is SparkPeople; to help others share their goals, quickly find the information and the tools necessary for a lifetime of success. That passion for sharing knowledge together everyday with an array of people, places and events has not ceased; and it has been embraced and shared by you.
You and I are the living proof of the success of this program. Whether you have been here one week, one month or are celebrating a year or more here on Spark, you are still living the lifestyle YOU are creating or have created; you are still striving to be the best you can be. We are a group of individuals who have come together because of common goals and concerns. Together we have learned, grown closer and many are living the dream. Whether still striving or maintaining, we will all see goals reached through continued dedication to ourselves and our dreams.
Remember to proud of all you accomplish. Yes, we will, or have experienced set backs, had some deep valleys which had or have to be scaled; but each experience has made each of us stronger. The fact that we are still here is a testament to the fortitude and faith that we can get the job done. The thrill of new ideas, new programs, new teams, helping others lead more fulfilling lives, will continue to inspire me.
"People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within." ~Elisabeth Kübler-Ross~
Continue to let your light shine and sparkle in the darkness. Be proud of ALL you have accomplished; "Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except by those who dared believe that something inside of them was superior to circumstance." ~Bruce Barton~
