So you've been feeling sluggish lately. Not enough time in the day to do all of your chores/duties & still work out? Well, I have been reading healthy magazines for quite some time & now I notice that if you work out 20minutes daily, you will see results. The thing is do or can you believe that, after everything else we hear? Of course we will have to be cautious of our snacking & try to choose healthier but can you commit to this?! I am finding that since I have changed my way of thinking that I do more. I use to be able to get up faithfully every morning & do 60minutes no problem but lately I have been feeling burnt out. So effort, big or small will equal results.
