Effort, Big or Small = Results

So you've been feeling sluggish lately. Not enough time in the day to do all of your chores/duties & still work out? Well, I have been reading healthy magazines for quite some time & now I notice that if you work out 20minutes daily, you will see results. The thing is do or can you believe that, after everything else we hear? Of course we will have to be cautious of our snacking & try to choose healthier but can you commit to this?! I am finding that since I have changed my way of thinking that I do more. I use to be able to get up faithfully every morning & do 60minutes no problem but lately I have been feeling burnt out. So effort, big or small will equal results.

Doesn't he look dreamy!!!!

    As of late, I have been feeling sluggish as well! I have found it definitely worth doing 20 minutes. It has been even more worth doing HIIT. Now I just have to remember not to snack.

    Yes, I agree about effort = results. When I did the 30 Day Shred, I was working out everyday and I got results. This month I'm back to what I did before and it isn't a daily thing, but it does get me results.

And as for Marky Mark...yeah, he looks good. I loved those Calvin Klein ads. They made me a big fan. emoticon

    If you feel burned out, then definitely cut back. You don't want to start to not ejoy working out.. And, yes, it is all about getting up off our butts and doing SOMETHING!

Oh, yes he is DREAMY!!!! Love him! Mmmmmmm Hmmmmm

    Hey Dee!! yes i've noticed that if i do a workout for 20-30mins everyday i feel great, instead of doing 60 mins or more in one go and feeling burnt out.

And the answer to your question-Yes he does look dreamy, but i've always thought that. emoticon

    Yeah I'm learning that as well. If I can do just 30 minutes of anything I'm happier than doing nothing at all.
