I am so frustrated! I have been tracking my calories for 12 days, and I have worked out @ the gym on an elliptical for all but 2 days this month. And both of those days I did something, like moved furniture, or a home tape.
I have lost a whopping two pounds total, and I am actually up from last week!
Last night I didn't eat past 7pm, so all of my food could digest before I weighed this morning. This is so maddening!!!!
I seriously miss the days when I was 17-18 and I could just not eat for like 3 days and loose 4 lbs.
