I had set a goal of 15, 600 minutes of fitness this year and I just met it today! I can not believe that it is more than 260 hours (almost 11 - 24 hour days) of working out . I can also figure it out to be 5 hours for every one pound that I have lost this year. I have become a little bit insecure about my progress on the scale but achieving this goal, keeps me going!
