Oh, that's why I am not losing any weight

This Duh! moment was brought to me by my nutrition tracker and the decision to--and this is a mind-blower--be honest with myself about what I was putting in my mouth. Since I am consistently (4-5 days out of 7) eating about 500 calories more than I should to lose weight, it is no wonder the scale is not budging. Now, I have continued to workout, so I am getting leaner and I have noticed clothing fitting better as I reshape my body (the good news). But I won't see the scale move, even as I increase my moving, if I don't decrease my intake. Now that I have all the facts, I need to make a change. Starting today.
