I did very well on day 1. I did my 2 sessions of cardio and also did strength training. I also stayed in my calorie limits. I went to the store and bought lots of veggies and fruits, oat meal, and other healthy foods. I am going to prepare my lunch for tomorrow, and I will bring healthy snacks with me. If I can keep this up for a whole week I know I will see a difference and feel better. What am I saying? NOT IF...When the week is over I know I will be feeling and looking better.
