I wish and really want to do cardio 3x/week & weight training 2x/week. I will plan ahead and be sure to have the boys signed up for babysitting at the gym in advance. I will do 60 min's of cardio on Monday/Tuesday and Thursday, and do Body Pump on Wednesday and Friday.
I wish and really want to drink 64oz of water (or more) every day. I will keep my water bottle with me and filled all day long. I will try to drink at least 8 oz with every meal.
I wish and really want to log all my food at least 5 days/week. I will try to log after each meal, instead of waiting until the end of the day.
I wish and really want to lose 10 pounds by the end of the year. I will concentrate on the goals above and should see the results by the end of the year.
I wish and really want to do more fun, healthy and active things with the boys. I will plan to do at least one outdoor activity with Orrin & Alvah each week.
I wish and really want to spend more quality time with my husband. I will plan at least one date night per month.
